Shipping & Returns

At this time Luscious Living Spaces are only able to ship orders within Australia. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Luscious Living Spaces will endeavour to process and despatch all orders as quickly as possible. As a guide, we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours from receipt of payment and special orders will be handled on an individual basis. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you immediately with an estimated delivery timeframe and give you the opportunity to amend your order.

Luscious Living Spaces uses Australia Post to ship orders and offer two methods of delivery; Regular Parcel Registered Post (signature on delivery) or Express Post. For Regular Parcel Registered Post, allow 5 – 7 working days for deliveries to major and metro areas across Australia. For regional areas allow up to an additional 5 working days for delivery. Express Post parcel delivery is guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express Post delivery network providing your order is received before 1pm.

Shipping costs are shown separately on the shopping cart and will be calculated based on number of items placed in your shopping cart, weight and delivery distance.

Note: Our postage calculation system is linked directly to the Australian Post database to calculate the correct postage for your order at Checkout. Australia Post has a single parcel weight limit of 20kg and a maximum parcel length of 105cm. Should the packed weight or measurements of your order exceed these values, our Checkout will not be able to automatically calculate postage cost. We usually use a courier to deliver these large orders as it is very cost-effective method.

For these large orders, you will receive a message that ‘There are no shipping options available’. You will have the option to submit your order, request for a postage quote and pay later. Alternatively, you may contact us directly via our Contact Us page and we will provide you with a postage quote for your order. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this system limitation may cause.

Please let us know if you require your order urgently and we will do everything in a power to accommodate your needs.

Goods can only be returned for exchange if they are faulty – we cannot accept returns if you change your mind. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if products are faulty.
